The Bill (Reg. No. 5383) was drafted to implement the Resolution of The Verkhovna Rada "On the Situation with the Epidemic of Influenza and Pandemic Influenza А(Н1N1), and Immediate Measures to be taken to prevent its Spreading".
Thus, UAH 200 million are allocated for fighting the epidemic of influenza and acute respiratory diseases. Out of this sum, the Ministry of Public Health shall receive UAH 100 million, and the local budgets UAH 100 million as State budget subventions.
The expenditures shall be covered by the excess of budgeted receipts over budgeted expenses of the National Bank that shall be partially entered to the General Fund of the State Budget of Ukraine.
